  • OK so you say that you don't do much exercising but what about people that has more body fat. I don't know how you looked before this video but it could mean 60% diet 40% exercises for some. Not debating or disputing but would it make a difference if a guy was 255 lbs and his idea weight is 180 lbs for his size. So would that mean he has more work to put in?

  • Thats true, I I've been exercising everyday for over a year & I've gained a lot of muscle but I still have belly fat. I did a 3 month diet, I was eating healthy and still exercising and I lost about 30 pounds. I can notice the difference by looking at old and recent pictures but as soon as I started eating like I used to I havent lost or gained any weight for about 3 months. So I guess diet is what most impacts your fat content more than exercise...Its time to start eating healthy again. -_-
