HGH causes all your muscles to grow in size, but it also causes your bones and organs to grow in size, as well. It's impossible to get huge bulky abs like that without HGH. In case anybody was wondering why his abs look so wierd. The inlarged organs push out on his inlarged abs making him look bloated.
