It seems that most people here have forgotten that America stands for truth and justice. Our military and intelligence agencies should not be used as tools of revenge, but to bring our enemies to justice. We cannot expect to convince the world we're right by ignoring the rights of others. The Germans surrendered during WWII because they knew they would be well treated. The same thing happened in Iraq in GW1. By torturing we only give them reason to hate us and to keep fighting.
