New boards, which are still needing some repairs as I'm missing an audio channel. Shouldn't be that hard to fix as I'm just going to shotgun the ICs related to the channel when I get around to it.

But this issue isn't a board issue this time, the power supply I put in a few days ago is starting to leak AC into the 5VDC line. Hooked up the multimeter and checked 5VDC, was at 4.95V, a little low so I cranked it up to 5.2V. Still had the issues on the screen so I checked for AC voltage on the 5VDC line, was about 0.3VAC. Way more than I should be seeing.

Pulled another power supply off the shelf and put her in. Much better. I only had 0.005VAC on the 5VDC line, which is more of what you should be seeing.
