  • its good you go down slow,,i saw some guys at the gym one time and they were lifting 315 and just letting it SLAM down,,and i told them they shouldnt do that,,being a smartass the guy says lets see you do it,,i smirked and told him throw on 2 more 45 plates on each side,,got up there pumped out 495 raw and let it down slow and they were like speechless i thought it was funny lol

  • great story! always good to put jerks in their place!

  • nice to see someone lowering the bar with nice controlled form, in contrast to the usual throwing it down

  • yeah the negative is really important for faster back development

  • Man you're a legend I train in my socks at the gym too!

  • yeah since i don't have any chuck taylors yet it is best to go shoeless

  • Nice progression-that what its all about

  • One suggestion from a guy with deadlift experience . alternate your grip. it puts less stress on your bicep or shoulder depending on what way your gripping it. But I do appreciate seeing someone deadlift without straps or a belt.

  • Is it better to go slow to prevent injury and activate more fibers?? I did 405 lb by 12 speed deadlifts. Anyone mind commenting my video?

  • Great form, how long have you been training for?

  • a static lullaby

  • Hey, does anyone know what band this is? They sound pretty good.

  • That's the way it is! Give it your best, and you will be rewarded. Great eccentric with form' 2 sec static and a slow negative! Really rare today!

  • the king of power exercises.bleeding noses, lost sight, dizzy feeling, scarred palms, vein pumped forearms are some things you get from deadlifts.Oh, and a huge back I forgot :).Congrats man show them how is the correct deadlift done.I wish you 1000lbs asap :)

  • Nice man, you make that shit look easy!
