Thanks for the great tutorial! I just bought two from the health food store tonight, and very much look forward to making some coconut milk. BTW, you're a pro at getting the meat out! Though you've probably had a lot of practice. Where did you get that spatula? And what kind is it?

Thank you SO much! I went straight to my fridge and easily opened the coconut that i'd spent most of the afternoon unsuccessfully trying to open!! Looking forward to my other one tomorrow for breakfast :o)
