PS3 KES-400A Laser Replacement Tutorial w. Narration.mpg

This is a tutorial walkthrough I made with my hi-def sony handycam, showing a client how to replace their laser in their KES-400AAA Blu-Ray Drive. I have not actually watched it back so if there is some non-understandable spots, please let me know. Thanks.

@MRYgTHATSME Actually, when I don't buy in bulk for parts from my supplier, I find the cheapest route is buying new on eBay. Always buy a new laser, never used. Stuff like the power supply, or maybe case parts I would just do used.

whe i opened mine the plastic parts were in a different position and when i removed it they all made a snap sound and changed position!!! what do i doo!?!?! :'(
