My 10 reasons for loving my maltese

These are the greatest dogs ever, so loving and playful. Everyone should have a maltese to make their lives a little happier!!!

@aleesha3426 of course, they will enjoy it better if you don't leave them for way to long on their own (example: 8 hours without having anyone check on them in between).

Regarding other animals, when it comes to very small animals like hamsters & guinea pigs, Snowy doesn't get along with them. He has a prey drive that is why. While my other maltese, Crystal, she gets along so well with them and shower them with kisses. Towards our cat, they both love him. It depends on an individual maltese

@simpleasthat05 Yes it is normal for puppies to be hyper. Some play bite the toes too, but you gotta teach him not to :) I bet Lucas is super adorable!! I hope you will share his video if you got the chance. Enjoy him to the fullest. I love puppy-hood-days. They pass very quick. Lots of work in teaching, training is involved but so worth it.

@katkoota My goodness! Thank you!! I love my Lucas. He is 14 weeks and he is sooo hyper! is that normal?? Plus he likes to bite my toes =/

@TheJomogogo Thanks again! The only thing I am concerned about is that if they are well suitable with other animals, and can they handle being alone for a long period of time?
