I think this story needs to get more nationwide coverage and hopefully gets the politicians involved to punish these murderers.
The board of Veterinary Medicine needs to be contacted too about this.

I agree also, there needs to be someone else doing the investigation and this news about the slaughter, should be sent all over the U.States so there can be more coverage, and perhaps some politicians get in on this and stop this kind of slaughter.
I have to say this Mr. Burgess, is a f______ing idiot.

Thank you, Racheal, for bringing attention to this senseless act of animal cruelty. I agree totally that Gordon Burgess should not be leading an investigation that is defiantly a conflict of interest. I do hope that other organizations such as PETA and the the national humane society get involved and punish those who are responsible!!! This was just a easy & cheap way to clear out a problem that has been out of hand for years! Shame on you! Tangipahoa Parish!!!
