  • get educated! carbs do not make you fat! Brown rice, quinoa, potatoes, starchy veggies and fruit, nuts beans and seeds. Its sad that you are brainwashed by the meat and dairy industry.

  • fats make you fat. carbs make you thin. you can't EVER get fat off of carbs(raw fruit and veggies). Its the fat you pour over top that does. the SAD diet is what makes you fat and gives you dieseases (meat, dairy, eggs, processed crap). High carb, low fat raw vegan FTW! everyone check out Durianriders and Freelea on youtube.
