Bill, Give every home and farm a free net meter courtesy the electric monopolies, let us sell it from our solar panels, or wind turbines. Damn it, Bill, why does every energy device given ends up in the hands of corporate pigs (the feds can't even put the crooks from Westar in jail) .... you hit the nail on several strikes, but you miss the popular demand. Abortion has nothing to do with this, as nutty as you keep trying to mix it up ... every home owner should be trying to get off the grid.
