  • @rennafire i was a little boy who practiced karate for years (i started in it 1989) and could say that time too: the auntie's punch sucks and she wasn't learning it for years in China for years that's sure...

    excuse my rudeness it is only because i was expecting a much better video

    (and check out there are some dislikes...)

  • @szcsk - Renee was teaching Qigong in 1994 (and earlier) and making it accessible to many people, who benefited from the practice and her teaching. And what were you doing then?

  • Yue Fei didn't create ba dua jin. He lived in the 12th century and there is written scrolls showing the existence of these exercises 400 years before Yue Fei was born. There is also no historical evidence in any of the biographies of Yue giving him credit for the creation of these forms, rather just the acknowledgement that he utilized and popularized these exercises.
