im just 14 but i wanted to be a marine soldier since i was 6. but then i got diabetes when i was 11 so i couldn't. it messed up my school because i would just take 1 or 2 units of inculin and go to sometimes in the 20s or 30s and the go in the 500s after one little juice or glucose tablet so i started to look up pancreas transplants to see how much they cost but none of them tell me. do you know how much they cost if you do can you please send me a message of it. thank you

Hello, thank you for your question. Unfortunately Johns Hopkins does not offer pediatric pancreas transplantation. We recommend you contacting the University of Minnesota, as they have extensive experience in this field.
If you have additional questions, please email Amy Morris, outreach coordinator for the Johns Hopkins Transplant Center, at aschmi14@jhim.edu. We wish you all the best!
