@hijklmnop36 kasoori methi is dried fenugreek leaves : in arabic they are Helba (7elba) leaves.

sir i don t have kasoori methi.in jordan.............wat to do and when to add cream to get theexact rich taste which we love .god.i tried and the gravy is not tasty............please sir help mi...........how to preserve cream after first use...in freezer?i really cant get taste like my friend..iam pissed off sir

You can omit the kasoori methi. The cream should be added just before finishing. You can refrigerate the cream after you use it but make sure that you store it covered.

Cream will give the vegetable its thick texture whereas milk will not. You can use homemade fresh cream ( thick milk solids on top of boiled milk.
