This challenging modification is perfect for shrinking and tightening your hips and thighs!

How To:
Sit on the edge of the chair and place the band around your thighs just above your knees. Your feet should be slightly wider than hip-width apart. Open and close your knees in a butterfly motion. Repeat for the desired number of reps.
