Folks , the only guy here is Dion ---the rest are a back-up group of singers --- I'm the same age as Dion , have seen him perform --- non better --- agree with comment about being totally underated ---

Look a little closer. He called it Dion and A Belmonts group, not Dion and the Belmonts. Dion and The Belmonts split sometime around '59 or '60, after they recorded Cole Porter's song In the Still Of The Night.

Thanks for the great post Schrooms. Your's are the best. May not be Carlo and the other boys, but it is the unmistakable Double D. That makes it legit. Acappella after all these years? Who could question the value of this vid? No one, that's who.

@spurnthemuse Look you can play semantics if you choose , however this is not the a Belmont group or The Belmonts there is no such thing as a Belmont group, this is a bunch of guys backing up Dion on one of the old hits he did with The Belmonts, the next number they did may have been Runaround Sue, would that then make them a Del Satin group? no of course not they would still be a backup group Dion picked to do backup for his songs on this show.
