if u want to learn karate.go to okinawa or japan or anywhere but not in singapore.singapore karate are just a sport karate.i dont think the instructor teach their student the real karate.

That depends on who you train with... there are a few places that teaches Okinawan Karate... junbi undo, hojo undo, smash and grind bunkai... etc

hi anyone know where is this karate instructor johnny tan or know him? he form his own jodo and call song yong karate and freestyle karate in the later state. during his peak (early 90's)his classes extend from mon( tampines)tues(bedok north)wed (paris ris)thur (simei) fri(marine parade)sat(pasir ris)
