@UmbrellaResearcher - Dumping the Taco Bell dog was probably the dumbest marketing decision I have ever seen. Everyone was familiar with that dog, and Gidget was so popular that toys were even made. To abandon a marketing campaign that was that successful was just unbelievably dumb.

@ScubaSteve1974 If my memory serves me correctly, yes. Furthermore, this commercial aired on television after Gidget was no longer affiliated with Taco Bell. Keep in mind that Gidget the dog is a female, however, a male does the voice.
