Manic Panic Ultra violet? hmmm, idk

this is manic panic ultra violet color haha looks cool in the sun haha:) but i think i need to bleach my hair moor and paste the color in sections instead of putting globs of tt in my hands and running trying to run it thorugh my hair( feels like trying to shampoo w/o any water) haha

if u gots any tips let me know:) love to hear them haha
