It's got the bloom, which happens when very bright objects saturate the CCD and "bleed" to adjacent pixels on the CCD. Probably a bright star or venus/mercury/mars/jupiter.

That first object is a planet. Open up planetarium software (such as Stellarium, which is free) and set the time and date to what is in the video. Jupiter is exactly where the bright object was in the video. Those spikes off the sides are a result of Jupiter being a bit brighter than pixels in the camera allow and the voltage created from the light hitting the detector "leaks" out into nearby pixels.
