In a customer survey we asked end customers across Europe what they want from their flooring. A market research company was also commissioned to conduct an online survey.
The results of this study had a major impact on the development of the new Laneo collection. For EGGER, the objective was to offer a product featuring positive characteristics in order to convince customers who previously refused to accept hard floor coverings.
