WHAT????? ok so some muslims miss interpret the koran and mutilate right so clearly, you don't need a bible or a koran to teach morality..... clearly it doesn't work well.... clearly its about education not the koran

@AncientTempler well dear all if its in hadith doesnt mean if that is part of obligatory part of islam in islamic countires outside africa and arabia this practice is non existent and frankly i just got to know today what actually this is, and being muslim i dislike it i would not allow anyone to touch my little daughter except doctor.

Abu Dawud and I think Abu Huraya narrated several hadith that say circumcise the clitoris. Furthermore, Muhammed said two circumcised organs meet during sex. Either this woman is a liar, in denial or does not know what is in her own religion.

Why we muslims donot see the bad side of this Genital Mutilation.
Do they understand what this child undergoes, during this period? They dont care
because whats done to them should be done to others.
Then they site the Quran. But are they following other things said in the quran
in General. If so, all these bloodshed, disunity, will never be there in this world.
Also we do not need propaganda for our religion.

Genital mutilation for both sexes must be proscribed. It is completely useless and you have joined a backward "religion" that practises this all the time. You should come back to this world, lady.. The word itself, "mutilation" carries a meaning of torture and pain for absolutely nothing at all...

This woman is deeply, deeply deluded. I think she actually believes what she says. "If we educate the muslims to read the Koran, female genital mutilation will decrease". In other words, Increase the number and devotion of muslims, and female genital mutilation will disappear. Does anybody believe that?
