May 21 2011 was host to the second annual VARIETY OF CHEFS BALL.
Based on the huge success of this event in 2010, we were honoured to be presenting EIGHT OF AUSTRALIA'S TOP CHEFS to help raise funds for much-needed equipment for the thousands of children who are sick or have special needs that Variety Queensland support.
Chefs include Matt Moran, Alastair McLeod, Ian Curley, David Pugh, Kym Machin, Ben Williamson, Russell Armstrong and Shinichi Maeda.
With live demonstrations on stage of their chosen dish, guests will be enthralled by the talent and wit of these culinary masters!
