The Southern Cook Islands are becoming increasingly vulnerable to droughts caused by El Nino. Occurring on average every two to five years, El Ninos cause water shortages that can last for up to two years. This video was made by local farmers over a period of a three-day workshop to brainstorm ways that farmers and growers can preserve water.
