  • Definitely true =)

  • Haven't read much Pratchett, but I have Good Omens out. Gaiman + Pratchett = masterpiece? Is that true?

  • *sigh* haven't I been saying so for years? you just don't listen to me =D READ MORE PRATCHETT!!! there, did you listen that time?

And you're welcome, glad to help out.

  • I need to read more Terry Pratchet . . . if there's one author I should have read and haven't, it's him.

    Thanks for subbing! =)

  • I've never heard of him, so I can honestly say I have no idea if it's my thing or not. That said, the fact that it's a war novel is not the reason I really enjoy Jingo, so possibly not.

  • ah. Doubt it's your thing, but are you into any of Bernard Cornwell's books?

  • Nice to meet you too! Hypothetically =) And yes, please do check out Pratchett. Your life will change, I hope for the better =)

  • Yes. At it's simplest it is about war. However there's a lot more there than a commentary on war

  • Yes, I mean Colon and Nobby.

And I agree. As much as he would drive me nuts, Carrot is *way* better than Edward or Jacob.

  • I must re-read Jingo.

Just to check: dumbest characters = Colin & Nobby?

Side-note: Girls should fall for Carrot, not Edward or Jacob lol
