@karenl1234 You are so true. In north american native tradition whites used natives to track each other. They tried a native tracker after cutting his hair and he was unable to precisely track oppose to b4 they cut his hair. Hair is like an ants antennas. Hair reaches out as antenna to further connect to environment like you say. Good point to share

I am north american native. The clean cut guy here forgets even though he cut his hair in the white eyes you are still belonging to your ethnic. Like if I were to cut my hair, in the white eyes I am still native. Results wld've been same regardless. Hair is strength and power brother. Stronger to keep culture/tradition then to give in to assimilation, and give in for what? A normal life, don't think so, if white life is normal then may the creator have mercy on us all.

a fact not fully understood by most people is long hair and beards connect one to more energy truth energy and strength, remember the tale of samson n delia, the us army even did a study that proved once your hair is cut short you loose sensitivity to the enviroment and touch with spiritual realms dumbing you down.

i keep my hair, but i dont do paath. i go to the gurdwara occasionally, and dont have a solid love of my religion as others. i believe and trust in god nonetheless. a prime reason why i keep my hair is basically the cons of cutting it outweigh the benefits. call me a bad sikh but i feel this is the situation of 50% of sikh teens nowadays, and there is unfortunately just no way to address it other than the 'spiritual self-awakening' which can only happen to the lucky ones..
