You guys are animals to do this in 7 or so hours. Nice work. I just did an overniter on it this weekend. Beautiful hike. What did you carry for food/water to be able to travel so lightly?

We ran in Montrail trail running shoes and carried about 2lts of water via small backpacks with a refill at streams along the ways. Food was mostly running foods such as gels and bars with pizza and beer awaiting us in the car at the finish
