@GoodbarUK Good, actually, she was far to young for him. Good for the ego which performers have i guess, and good for her if she feel for the TE and bagged him, but in the cold light of day I guess it wouldn't have lasted and it would have all ended in tears: Site Sir Paul McCartney and that Gold Diggin one legged bint that we aint heard sight nor sound of since she walked off with a serious amount of his cash!

Hi Guys, Phil Buckle wrote the guitar part for this one and first recorded it. Great tune huh.
-
@GoodbarUK no, they never got married. He's with a new girl now.

Lizzie & Tommy are married aren't they?

Originally Sung by John Farnham on the Chain Reaction Album. Written by John Farnham and Phill Buckle who was the guitarist for that album and tour. Phil Buckle along with Jack Jones where the guitarist, and where from the band Southern Sons. Noted on the album.. there is a thank you for Tommy Emmanuel for lending them his 12 string guitar.

Yea I love this....
love the original John Farnham version,I think Jack Jones on guitar originally,
but this is also great and brought back many memories !!

I saw them sing this song live:D

Correction: Tommy played on that album, but on the track "I Can Do Anything", not on "Burn For You". I'm sorry. Just looked it up.
The song is called "Burn For You". It's by John Farnham and was originally released on his album "Chain Reaction" in 1990. I think Tommy played nylon string guitar on that recording of this piece.
