Pope pardons butler who stole Vatican documents

Pope Benedict the 16th has granted a pardon to his former butler.

Paolo Gabriele was sentenced to 18 months in prison for stealing Vatican documents.

He alleged the papers revealed corruption in the Catholic Church.

I know Christians like to make up their own truths, and your perfectly allowed to do that.. However with textbook definitions it doesn't work like that.

Videos with religious content I watch them because religious people make up a great segment of our civilization and I have many friends who are religious in some way or the other, were I to turn my back on that, it would be like sticking my head into the sand and pretend it does not exist. "Defending" the pope by saying he is a Christian?

It's really simple in the textbook definition of the word the pope is a Christian just like you have your little interpretation of the biblical fairytale so does the pope. It is not a theological matter subject to interpretation, Christian is a generic label applicable to Catholics, Eastern Orthodox, Protestants, Seventh-day Adventists, Jehovah's Witnesses, and many, many more.
