i saw the wrestling101 videos from this guy (nick), he's good.

@FireProMMA This same technique works ok enough with overhooks. Everything is low success when you have a world class opponent.
-
@hexman2209 Fairly low success rate when you have to worry about being punched in the face and you have world class wrestlers on top of you.

Ive been watching ufc for a while How come ive never seen any of those guys do this?

I have a question:
How long have you (dude in the black) been training grappling? You look really comfortable on the mat and seem to know what u are doing. Great vids! I subscribed!

I have been training MMA since 1998. I have enjoyed the opportunity to train with some of the best in the game since then and appreciate the chance to show some of the new guys some of the tricks of the trade that I have picked up along the years. I'm glad you subscribed and hope that you will join the site as well.

If he were to stop the Over the Top technique by posting both of his arms, I would usually transition to X-Guard and continue with a sweep combination from there.
Glad you're enjoying the videos! Check out the site and register a free account so that you can take full advantage of all of the MMA resources that we offer there!
