@insanityisvanity from 20 September 2009 to 20 March 2010 i didnt not make cardio, after that i started to do cardio, basically i just run, run, make some exercises not to grow up, for example at chest i was lifting maximum 50kg, 10 repetitions, 10 series for burn fat, and then running again, biceps max. 30-35kg, a lot of series with a lot of repetitions. I just wanted to lose fat much as possible, with diet and it will work! No shitty like ABtronic and other electronic muscle stimulation device
nice but did you use to do cardio as well for cutting any fat that you might gather while trying to bulk up? reply please.
