Making sushi at home is fun, far less expensive than going out, and tastes great. But for those of us without formal training, it doesn't quite look professional.
My boyfriend has been making sushi 6 months now and it definetely looks more like the picture in the book than those you made. Also, he uses more or less of a quarter of the ingredients you used for a single roll.
I agree with you curmudgeon66, making sushi at home is cheaper, more delicious, and has more choices of meats, seafoods, and produce (fruits and vegetables). 4/5 stars for you, curmudgeon66. If you are a sushi enthusiast, don't forget to browse in my sushi library, for it's sushi videos. You'll love it very much. If you love my sushi library, subscribe to my channel. :-)
@Maximov None of what you said makes you look like a bitch.
