I should use different sizes of shattering. And the lightning looks to standerd. I advise to train on that. A good transfer mode and with nice glow settings it could look a lot better. But nice job! The movement is pretty good.

The lightning bolt doesn't look that realistic, but the damage on the building is pretty good. Try thickening up the core of the bolt

Conductivity State. Keyframe that to change the lightning's turbulence state without changing the position.
Aside from that it's not bad for an um... first timer.
