There is something...mentally 'off' about him, and it comes across: his inability to make eye contact, his unthought out proclamations.

Darby is a scumbag who destroyed the lives of two young men.He may have had some good intentions during his days after Katrina, but his involvement as an informant in the days during the National Convention is disgusting.
