I am Canadian and Polish and I am ashamed of this. I am ashamed by our RCMP and how they dealt with the situation. If it were anyone, it doesn't matter. Things could have been handled differently. I agree with @shrimpoffthebarbie through and through. This should never have happened. EVER. I really hope those officers received swift justice for a man that arrived in a different country on his own and was merely scared.
