@Kovu427 this is just a card trick, not 3 card monte. you could not use this to gamble. any smart person would suspect something is foul if you're touching any card except the one the mark (the player) points to.

Never do 3 card monte this way! Some one would probably shoot you. Even though the mark (the player) can't tell the dealer is switching the card, touching any card except the card the player points to, could make the mark think the dealer is cheating. A better way to do 3 card monte is to position two cards in your hand, show the card in the front that the player is trying to identify, then throw down the other, keeping the winning card in your hand. The position will throw the player off.

Dude...I pulled this on twenty or thirty people. Not for money of course, but I did it. All but one noticed that switch. And yes, I did it very quickly.
