  • @mmalizard Qi-Gong training also helps its users to harden certain parts of their body, to make them much more difficult to damage. There are many videos on YouTube of Shaolin monks being smacked on the head as hard as possible by sticks, stone slabs, etc. without showing much, if any reaction to it.

  • @mmalizard I wasn't disputing that at all. I was simply disputing your previous comment that pain cannot be tolerated to extreme extents. As the video I showed you proves, being trained in Qi-Gong for the entire life can make one nearly immune to the effects of pain. If Qi-Gong training eliminates or reduces pain, can't you see why that would be good in a fight? Pain is a very big setback for fighters.

  • show me all the little tricks in the world and still unless you prove your self dosent mean shit... just spar with a legitimate mma fighter and the whole truth comes out...

  • @TheKeeper421 look dude a knock out has nothing to do with pain tolerance...you get hit in the right spot at the right time its lights out...and again what the hell does qi-gong have to do with fighting?

  • How Do you defeat someone who cant feel pain? i would like to know. Shaolin monks live there whole lives training. Im sure they would beat almost anyone in a fight. you just think cuz there not professional fighters that they must suck. so not true. Its not about fame for them. they don't need to show people that they could kill you in a blink of in eye.

  • @mmalizard While I have no desire to engage in a pointless exchange of vulgar language with you, I would like to point out an error in your comment. Knowledge is power after all. They are indeed trained to have a high tolerance to pain, and to focus their energy in certain places of their body to increase the tolerance. Please type in "Penis Qi-Gong" on YouTube. Absolute proof that being trained in Qi-Gong proficiently gives extreme pain tolerance. How many MMA fighters could do this?

  • @falconisko commiting suicide means there some thing wrong in the head the man needed help...and all who watched and allowed that to happen are sickos...but again what the hell does that have to do with a fight??

  • these guys could use this on the street and win any fight but in the UFC they would lose alot and wouldent stand much of a chance.

  • Personally I lost respect for TKD once it became a sport. Just another game about rules and competition. Kung Fu has remained within its roots since the beginning of Martial Arts. The amount of Devotion to Shaolin is immeasurable. I wish Bruce Lee was alive so he could punch a hole in our brains with his awesome philosophy.

  • @mmalizard June 11, 1963, Thich Quang Duc, a Buddhist monk from Vietnam, burned himself to death at a busy intersection in downtown Saigon to bring attention to the repressive policies of the Catholic Diem regime that controlled the South Vietnamese government at the time.

As he burned he never moved a muscle, never uttered a sound.
