  • @catinindyanna you can get one. they arent that expensive. just get a basic one at first and then when you start to get good you can get a more advanced spinning one

  • If I had a pole, I would try this to loose weight. It's a very artful way of dancing. I'm 12, and I'd really like to learn to do this :/

  • @LucretiacookiebitchX u dont have too be pretty to pole dance, pole dancing is an art its a form of dance, sexy stripper club pole dancers arent all that the dance is about im 14 years old aha and id love to be able to pole dance not for stipper reasons but because it is a beautiful form of dance where more than meets the eye is true :)

  • When i do this at the gym they teach you to try do it both ways round so you use all your arm muscles evenly. So your dominant arm is not always the one at top. Also if you get dizzy easily it will make you less so as you are going different directions instead of one direction the whole time.
