I am sure you are happy to live in a Country where you can express your freedom in comments like the ones below. People who go out to protest something that they think is wrong are actually just trying to give other people the same right as you have. hopefully in a few years the free people of Tibet, will log on, and give equally stupid and hurtful comments as you have managed to produce. FYI Thugs and goons have no racial connotation whatsoever. They are terms relating to behavior. The brutal bullying that historically the Chinazi ruling party uses to silence all other opinions differing from the party line. A semi permeable barrier is another way of just CENSORING MEDIA COVERAGE. Nice spin you twisted, twisted man. BTW much of the area is actually East Tibet, not really China.

the proxies always work, i tried it in my last visit to china and also, yes if there is civil disorder, setting up a selectively permeable barricade or checkpoint is the only logical answer. they exist in all the borders of densely populated reigons of china

and by racial slurrs i am refering to the very offensive remarks made by cafferty, the news anchor of cnn news. that is only one example, peter mansbridge of cbc has also showed unneccary offence when intervewing pro chiniese supportors

The lines are traced and sometimes tapped so calling family does not always work out. This is how many families get persecuted even though all they do is receive phone calls from overseas. Your wrong actually.Western Citizens are blocked on the Sino Tibetan Highway at checkpoints.What racial slurs are you referring to?Any links?Biased objective news?That's an oxymoron. What are you saying? China does not allow views that contradict their gov't controlled info propaganda. That is why BBC is blacked out when mentioning Tibet. they also could view youtube,ctv, cbc, global ,bbc and alot of other news sources could also be viewed anywhere including most internet pubs. however some sources are blocked for example, cnn, Epoch times, and fox. i will assume you understand the reason behind that. (tip RACIAL SLURS AND BIASED OBJECTIVE NEWS) also i would like to point out that it is cnn (one of the controled news networks of america)that has blocked acess by chiniese servers.

if you mean occupied my people yes it is occupied. but dosent everycountry have a established military prescence around every major city? most countries have it. in america its called National Guard, in canada its sumthing like ERT or federal reserve. we have the same thing in china, reserve armies are nor military but more like militants...

also i doubt you can not contact your famliy because i have relitives who were on a biusness trip in lasha and i could contact them at all times

apologies if you get offended when people get emotional when their homelands are being attacked. If I was Iraqi I would be livid too. Tibet is occupied and I can't see my family very easily. That makes me upset.
