Season 40 Hidden Gems:
When you see the X-ray scan of Big Bird's wing at 2:03 it says: "Radiologist: C. Spinney (as in Big Bird's performer Caroll Spinney) for Dr. (Lou) Berger." (a Sesame Street writer)
The first scene with the Count counting all the customers at Hooper's has longtime retired Sesame character Sherlock Hemlock (he says "I believe I was!")
Starting about 3:57 you see longtime Muppeteer Jerry Nelson among the many Hooper's customers (the one who speaks to Chris).
