Cat R. Waul is after all the outlaw/Con-Artist that cons all mice. (As the real film stated) But falls for A lovely Miss Tanya Mousekiwitz, and how he can't seem to think straight, and carry out his plans. Thinking.."Outlaws ain't suppose to fall in love" (As the lryics say) Tanya doesn't listen, she accepts his heart and love, realizing, he was the only one who treated her like the real diva and young lady she was.
