All 13 (4 silver/9 gold) skull locations for halo 3. Get all 13 to unlock Hyabusa head. Get 5 to unlock body.

NOTE: You do not have to play the level on legendary, you can simply play it on normal.

NOTE: You do not have to finish the level to collect the skull. You can simply get the skull, then save and quit. This will unlock the skull when you press X in the campaign playlist.

cowbell skull isnt there. I tried on normal, heroic, and legendary and it still wasnt there. Any advice?

Also i had the same problem with the skull in storm. Do i have to get it before i kill the wraith?

I use the skulls as melee weapons. Lol

@TimmyBoy6661 You have to play from the beginning of the level otherwise the skulls don't appear lol. Your welcome :D
