Judges must give proof of the commission which gives the jurisdiction- August 18, 2009, 04:11 PM

I demanded sight and hearing of the commission by which you claim jurisdict ion over me of the Judge. {of the crown or of Consent} (Mirror, III c. VI p.93)

Neither of the two Judges that I appeared before could produce it. Therefor I declared multiple times in both court rooms:

"As you have produced no commission we do not recognize you as a Justice, Judge or Holder of any office in right of the crown."

They continued unabated as if the law did not apply to them

The replacement beany was never removed, although they made me leave my real crown at the door upon entering the building. As I said, they are armed thugs above the law. At the entrance to the building, by their security position, they have a sign reading "TASER will be used if you don't comply."

This is against the rules on the operational uses of the TASER.

How would these goons not feel they can judge one's religion or headgear, or pay any attention to what their superiors have allowed?

but what happened after you said that to the judge? what happened with the case?

i need to know because im going to court and want the case thrown out, because it is a rediculous charge.
