DAN HAS 2 BOOK AND 27 DVD AND WORKING ON 3RD BOOK NOW aperfectswing I PLAY A BETTER AROUND OF GOLF NOW WITHOU BACK PAIN THANK AGAIN DAN GREAT TEACHS CHECKOUT HIS BOOT CAMP

I like your second last exercise.
I would never teach that situp, to much stress on the lower back.
The figure 8 exercise looks like it could put to much stress on the r. cuffs for beginners.

I don't know what you have seen but it must not have been very good!
Golf is explosive dynamic and is performed on two feet (not lying on your back). These are just standard exercises not 'golf specific' exercises that will truly develop golf performance!

You gotta build on the foundations. The progression to advanced rotational power and insuring muscle balances comes too. No need to put the carriage before the horse.
