I love Ghormeh Sabzi. I used to trade my lunch for it when I was in elementary school. BTW: I am 100% Canadian and I still love it!!

unique aroma of ghormeh sabzi is from parsley , you can use just parsley ,beans and lemon juice,tomato paste and country gravy powder and no other vegetables and no meat and have a ghormeh sabzi

when my husband served this ghorme sabzi I couldnt stand it but now I love it and cook by myself and I hate people who dont wanna try it!!!
