These are JANE's OWN WORDS, not mine. I didn't make her say anything, I didn't write her speech. JANE FONDA is solely responsible for what she said and did behind enemy lines. So, if you love Jane Fonda, then love her; but it doesn't change historical facts. Telling U.S. soldiers they are war criminals and the punishment is DEATH! Treason can also be punishable by DEATH. Jane's own daughter told her that a movie about Fonda's life should simply have a chameleon crawling across the screen, because Jane changes and molds herself to fit the man she is with at the time- whatever values and views he may have become hers. Jane herself admits that she was a "co-pilot" in her own life, so my assertion was and is correct. Feminist? Hardly. Isn't she cute sitting on the anti-aircraft guns, gleefully clapping her hands knowing they will be used to shoot at U.S. airplanes? Does she care that millions of people were slaughtered in Vietnam and Cambodia after the U.S. did what Jane wanted them to do... pull out of the region? If you even slightly credit Fonda's work behind enemy lines to stop an unjust and unpopular war, then you must also credit her to some extent with the deaths of millions who were left defenseless by the absence of U.S. forces in the region. Thanks Jane! At least now, Jane appears to show concern for the safety of U.S. troops in Iraq, wants them home, and blames the administration. That is NOT what she did in Vietnam. Was she a traitor? Yes, she was, because she aided and brought comfort to an enemy, while trying to demoralize U.S. soldiers in combat and encouraging them to commit mutiny. I hate the Vietnam war, and so do veterans of that war, more than Jane Fonda does; but I hate the way she went about her opposition to the war. It has not been fun watching a spoiled young woman subconsciously trying to both rebel against and obtain love from her famous father. Are you done yet, Jane? I hope so. At least you apologized for ONE picture "getting out there" which "may have" hurt some people. Apologize for your ACTIONS, not just for the publishing of an unflattering photo (you didn't publish it yourself, you POSED for it though).

  • Why can I not find a complete un-cencered recording of this broadcast?

If it was that damaging, then it should be easy to find an un-cut , complete radio broadcast.

Sound bites and edits do not cut it.

  • @michaelpilot1000 - Michaelpilot1000. I didn't censor Jane Fonda at all, I merely put the segment about B-52's because my father flew in B-52's during that war as her comments about that were very personal to me. I found large sections of radio broadcasts through researching.... you can to. To dismiss something because it isn't posted in its entirety is unrealistic. I'm sorry I can't accommodate you by posting hours of broadcasts for your edification; but the video (and Jane) speaks for itself

  • Good god you would think this woman is pure evil from the repulsive comments I see.

Does being objective exist in your world? Whatever your trivails in Vietnam were (assuming you all posting were in nam) I extend my sympathy, but to spew replusive, irate comments wo't remedy what had/has happend. What is holding on to hate going to do?

  • none of this shit matters:

only the size of the latrine

that will one day stand over this bitch's grave is my concern

  • This traitor should have been tried for treason.

  • Jane Fonda is a WHORE!!!

  • @ccipollini1984 Fuck you thousands of young American soldiers were beaten tortured and killed illegally by the viet cong. This bitch commited treason and should be thrown out of America. Why this didn't happen I have know idea. Suppose your son or father was tortured and killed in vietnam would you still have the same point of view.

  • That pig knows what she did. She'll die and anyone that wants to can go piss on her grave.

  • This is liberalism. This is what Obama believes in his heart. Liberals hate the military because they symathize with America's enemies. Can you really say that Nancy Pelosi, Barbara Boxer, and Jesse Jackson love America? Take that last asshole Jesse Jackson. He hates America with a Hiter-like passion. Don't believe me? Tell me the ONE TIME he said on tv, in a radio interview, talking to a crowd, anywhere, tell me when he's never bashed America. He's always talking of his hate for America.

  • Fuck I hate that commie prostitute!

  • @ccipollini1984 completely true. but i don't think this can apply to war veterans and relatives who personally were effected by this. However, I think others should tone it down a little.

  • hey we didn't prosecute Richard Nixon, G.W. Bush, it doesn't surprise that Jane Fonda got away with this high crime, is there a statue of limitations for treasonous crimes.

  • @Sktrtrsh Pol Pot was removed from power by socialist Vietnam

  • I still say she should have been shot for treason.
