Pop was a great tour... The album, however, Lacked U2. It was an experiment. And they didn't like what they created and most "U2 Loyalists," would agree with the band.
And what did U2 do after Pop, they left it behind and kicked it to the curb for awhile. They sure have bounced back from their version of a "Musical Fart."

pop was good the point is ''All that you can't leave behind" was better. POP was strong the reason why the band hates it is because it was unfinished. they're perfectionists. Frankly "Zooropa" was their worst .Their last album "No Line on the Horizon" could be my favorite. it definetly my third favorite. "Joshua Tree" no. 1 and "Achtung Baby" no. 2

3 decades of U2. They're still relevant, I just can't get enough.

Radio head hates "High and Dry" and it is my favorite song.
