St Denys station between Southampton and Eastleigh - and Clan Line is due with the Eastleigh Centenarian, heading for the big event - first a couple of service trains rattle by and then a gang of hi-vis-vests assemble to paint the platform white lines. Mercifully Clan Line is upon us before they get into their stride and gallops through at a steady pace.

  • Great video Will, I saw it at Mottisfont, Grateley, Andover and Hedge End!! Love the loco!! Keep it up

  • Brilliant video 5*

  • I understand from a very reliable source that Clan Line achieved the fastest average run down to Worting Junction on this train since the end of SR steam!

  • Stunning! Clan Line has the most adorable gallop ever.
