There is so much When the Pawn Fiona in this performance. It was such a chaotically whimsical record. I've always loved the official release, but, yikes, this is nice.

I prefer the faster tempo of this version to the released version. The released version sounds like a re-mix to me, but I think that's just me.

Those boon times went bust
My feet of clay, they've dried to dust
But it isn't the red we painted,
It's... just... rust

This version's instrumentals, right from the very beginning are old school. THAT is what makes good music, those kind of raw sounds against her dark voice
-
This good, but the released version is KILLER!!!
Shoulda been more popular.
I LOVE Fiona)

@rwmusic Yeah, that's probably it
-
@Phbzero I'm not sure, but I think it's "those times of boom and boon went bust"
-
Again, SO much better. Sad.

I heard this version of the album first. Some of the songs are better, more polished, but Tymps was MAJORLY downgraded in the newer version. I like this one better.

@TheCapitalLetter haha touche :)

Holy Crap!!! I like this version better. I like it because it is all over the place yet not at the same time.

this version has much more dischord. it almost sounds like fiona is tired or drunk, compared to the released version.
i love the bells in this version, but i love the better defined vocals version too.
