For those who can't do a full set of 10 or so push ups (can only do 1 or 2 push ups), here's a way to get stronger so you eventually can!

  • @kinksandcurls Good! Make sure you rest for a day or two if you're sore afterward. And good luck!

  • Easy. Step 1: 3 times or more per week, do approximately 30 minutes of cardio, be it walking, running, etc. Just go as hard as you physically can. Even if its waling for 5 minutes and standing for 5, just do 30 minutes. Step 2: EAT LESS! Eat a normal breakfast, 2 hrs later have a small snack. Eat HALF of what you normally eat for lunch. Eat the second half 2-3 hours later. Eat HALF a dinner, & try not to eat anymore TIL BREAKFAST. Drink a lot of water! good luck. & let me know how it goes!
