omg thanks sooo much John. I leave for army bootcamp soon. And this is my only area that I can not preform.

Easy. Step 1: 3 times or more per week, do approximately 30 minutes of cardio, be it walking, running, etc. Just go as hard as you physically can. Even if its waling for 5 minutes and standing for 5, just do 30 minutes. Step 2: EAT LESS! Eat a normal breakfast, 2 hrs later have a small snack. Eat HALF of what you normally eat for lunch. Eat the second half 2-3 hours later. Eat HALF a dinner, & try not to eat anymore TIL BREAKFAST. Drink a lot of water! good luck. & let me know how it goes!
